1. INDIA — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
Delivery Time
Delivery within India generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999/-
- ₹200/- shipping fee on orders below ₹4,999/-
The applicable shipping and COD charges will be displayed during checkout.
2. EXPRESS DELIVERY — INDIA
Express delivery may be available upon request for an additional charge of ₹300/-.
To request express delivery, please contact us at shop@anazvara.com or use the contact form on our website before placing your order.
Express delivery is subject to courier availability and destination. It is therefore not guaranteed for every order.
Where express delivery is possible, we will confirm the estimated delivery timeframe and additional charge before proceeding.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Processing Time
International orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
Delivery Time
International delivery generally takes 10–21 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, public holidays, local regulations, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free international shipping on orders above ₹20,000/-
- Orders below ₹20,000/- are subject to the applicable international shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements where available.
Where DDP is not available, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside Anazvara's control.
Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements and charges before placing an international order.
If an international shipment is refused or returned because the recipient does not pay applicable customs duties or taxes, any resulting return or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
5. TRACKING & DELIVERY
All shipped orders receive tracking information after dispatch.
Please use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the third-party courier partner. While we cannot control courier delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues.
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with the courier.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
The delivery times stated above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Courier or transportation disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Import regulations
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Other circumstances outside Anazvara's reasonable control
We remain available to assist you with tracking and communication with the courier whenever possible.
7. EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Urgent international delivery requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
